The Honest Truth About Heat
Here’s the deal: high-density heat is great for speed, but it has a downside. If you push these bulbs to their max wattage to shave time off your annealing cycle, the external housing is going to get hot.Really hot. You’ve got to make sure your ventilation and shielding are up to the task. If the air isn’t moving, your surrounding electronics will bake, and your filaments will burn out way faster than they should.
